Turn-off the annoying new hover-UI for 'Watch Later' on YouTube

First hiding the dislike count.
Then turning off the old Watch Later button on the home screen.

Seems like YouTube keeps making it harder for users to use it.

Fortunately, there are browser extensions that can fix the first one.
As for the second, there's actually a YouTube setting that will bring back the old functionality (turn off Inline playback).
